This antique original WWI era poster was issued in support of the Second Liberty Loan which ran from October 1 to November 15, 1917. This poster features the image of President Woodrow Wilson on a bronze plaque bracketed on each side by the stars and stripes above his words regarding American entry into the war - “The time has come to conquer or submit. For us, there is but one choice. We have made it.” This same slogan of Wilson’s was also adopted by the women’s suffrage movement as they rallied in support of granting women the right to vote around this same time 1917 time period. The lower margin indicates this poster was made by the American Lithographic Company of New York.

This antique original poster was issued folded and shows only slight handling wear. This poster has no tape or pin holes, retains the original color and displays as issued in 1917. Overall condition is very good for this antique original.
