CONDITION IS FAIR TO GOOD. The front and back cover are completely torn from the rest of the pages.The front is missing the bottom right corner. The back cover has a chunk missing along with other signs of use. The rest of the pages are still tenuously attached with staples but the paper is frayed and brittle. Inside there are some little tears on the edges. No pen or crayon damage. The pages look great inside.
