It is a 8\" wide by 10 1/2\" tall multi-paged Issue Number Eleven full pictorial magazine style booklet with a cover that features a BEAUTIFUL winged Goddess holding an hourglass in one hand and riding upon a winged wheel titled \"Progress of the World. Chicago. New York. Inventions. Engineering. Science. Manufacturing. Industrial Developments, Etc. Sold Only By Subscription\" from 1916-This booklet, issued immediately prior to World War I, is dedicated to the Inventor, Scientist, Engineer, Artist, Humanitarian and the host of the world\'s workers and is full of RARE real photo images of people in factories and workplaces as well as innovative new inventions and GREAT steampunk themed images of massive machines and factory scenes from the industrial age! A few of the scenes include \"The Flying Dutchman\" wing propelled vehicle, the \"Multiple tucking machine\", the \"Motor Wrecking Crew\" construction truck with a raised platform, a \"cigaret factory\". wireless radio, Interurban trolley & sleeping car, milk bottling and capping machine, 2-page center panoramic of the modern Chicago lakefront, several images of Blind folks at work, the \"Tellier Glider\" water boat / plane, a \"Motorcycle Boat attachment\", a portable welding apparatus, motor propelled finisher for concrete roads and more. I\'ve never seen many of these images before, nor have I seen these magazines offered on or anywhere else. I was fortunate to find a full set (there were only 24 issues total) and I\'m splitting them up. The pages inside have some great photos, captions and stories as well-Super interesting stuff in here! Cover has only light wear and some of the pages inside and loose but 100% intact- I have only pictured a few images in the listing, it is STUFFED FULL of neat images! What a great VINTAGE item ready for display! However, if the items are heavy or require special packing / tracking, the postal rates might not be significantly reduced. We no longer ship overseas first class mail. We will only ship Internationally by Priority Mail, and that starts at $30.00.
