This antique dancing toy is in overall excellent condition. It dances well. The paint on the figure is excellent. The skirt is original, and is loosely fit on the figure. The paint underneath ithe skirt is excellent. Mrs. Ragtime Rastus? Shamandy? I have never seen this figure as this, with the skirt. If the dress bothers you, it can removed but I would not recommend it. These toys are getting harder and harder to find. I have included a short video of it running, but takes a while to approve these.
