Hello, up for sale is a beautiful antique circa 1915-20 German pottery beer stein by Dumler&Breiden. Very rare in my opinion, featuring aviation motif with slogan (Gut-Flug). Hand painted under glaze with doves zeppelin and early airplane in frames with organic lines typically for art nouveau-art-deco transition period.. Marked on bottom with DB swords trade mark. Volume 1/4 L. Original lid in pressed metal brass with nickel plating and pewter hinge. In my opinion very rare and interesting unfortunately I don\'t have exsactly knowledge about the producing of it. Excellent preserved without chips or cracks, some crazing on glaze due to age that only contribute its authenticity and stiffen its charm. Found at an estate sale in Frankfurt, not sure for its history other than it came from an estate of a world traveler and antiques collector.
