Up for sale isthis rare 1910\'s postcard of silent film starFLORENCE LA BADIE. Florence was one of the most beautiful, important, & popular actresses of the early motion picture era. Sadly she died at the young age of 29 on October 13, 1917 from sepsis following an automobile accident. Florence La Badie was the first major female film star to die at the peak of her career. This postcard was issued in Britain sometime in the mid-1910\'s. Standard size of 3 1/2\" x 5 1/2\". The postcard pictured is the exact one you\'ll receive. It is unposted and in excellent condition with no writing on the back.
