The railroad carried silver-lead ore from Tenabo mines to the
Southern Pacific Railroad trunk line in Palisade, NV.
Tenabo, NV, located in Lander County, was a mining town established in the early 1900s.

The post office was open from December 1906 until July 1912.
Tenabo is considered a ghost town.
