Very, Very nice FELT pennant. Condition is used and shows minimal wear. The point is sharp. Four streamers present. Green color is nice. It is huge: 47 inches (not counting streamers). Raised letters that are stitched . Label present: manufactured by - CHICAGO PENNANT COMPANY, CHICAGO ILLINOIS - Pillows, Felt Pennants, Laboratory aprons, stickers and suede hangers.
