1904 Aluminia Faience Royal Copenhagen Plate Vintage 9.5”:

Royal Copenhagen Aluminia Faience (Fajance) plate.

This pottery plate measure approximately 10” in diameter. Was made by the Aluminia Faience Company of Denmark. The company began in 1862 and merged with Royal Copenhagen in the 1880's. This plate is marked with the Aluminia mark of an A and three wavy lines, and Copenhagen, Denmark. There is also an impressed oval with Aluminia inside it. The plate has the numbers 353 over 224. The lower number indicate a production year of 1904. The colors and design on this plate is just wonderful. The plate is in great condition. There is crazing and minor surface wear. There are a couple of small flakes to the glaze on the rims of the plates. Please see my pictures and thanks for looking!I package fragile items securely and with care.
