Cute antique Pupil's Library Certificate from 1903 and this 4th grader was quite the reader - 93rd book read and they also had to submit a review for each of these!
Also, it should be noted that the County Supervisor signed this; BUT I'm afraid there may have been a bit of "forgery" going on hear as there doesn't seem to be much variation between the teacher's signature. Before you call the antique police, I think the teacher may have understood the county'ssupervisor probably had more important things to do than sign hundreds of these! :)
I think the condition is rather good for this age. If it looked anymore pristine then I, or you, would have a hard time convincing others it was over 115 years old!
