-Bottle is as seen and in nice condition -clean -some scuffs but no chips no cracks seam stops hand crafted Crown Top-this is between 1900-seam stop crown top is turn of the century era -an excellent add to any collection. Out of an estate collection years ago. I must start downsizing my collections due to age and quantity. You can find information of Fredrick Sheide - he was quite an interesting man -and forever entrenched in long Island history-its all online -establishment of the bottling plant was in 1900 -in operation till 1944 and his death - this is from a bygone era and a piece of NY and long island history. The nice thing about this bottle is its condition Embossing and air bubbles- Sheide was a politician-and a bootlegger. Involved in soda and booze This 8 1/2 oz bottle was probably one of his sodas. Lighthouse trade mark embossed as well. . Just a real treasure.
