SIZE:The book measures 5.5\" by 7\" in size and is 24 pages in length
CONDITION: Very good condition for its age.All interior pages are intact. The book is bound with silk cording and does have some moderate splitting and weakness to the fold at the bound edge...but it is still intact. No folds, no rips or tears, no writing, and no odor from age/storage. The front & back covers do have some minor spotting/soiling from age.
