For sale is an antique trade card.Very rare cancel stamps.Multiple cancel stamps from Osmans, Ohio. Blotter may have been used by a post office clerk in Osmans.I found no record of any town named Osmans. I have another Gooch blotter which has an advertising stamp and that too is also marked Osmans, Ohio. There is only a couple Google results for \"Osmans, Ohio\", whereas Osman is much more prevalent.
