1890’s Harley Parker cabinet card published by Stevens of Chicago. Stevens is a listed baseball card maker. Harley played for the Chicago Cubs in the 1890’s. He played one season for the Cincinnati Reds in 1901. He was a pitcher and later a MLB ump. Harley was also a physician. Hence the nickname Doc. Harley was also involved in baseball in Grand Rapids Michigan and South Bend Indiana. From what I read Harley was a better billiard’s player than a pitcher. Hayley was also a billiard’s instructor. A little less than 5 by 7 inch in size. Stains, chipping, scuffing, toning and wear. Feel free to ask questions.
