1886 Partially Hand-Painted & Cloth Applique French Communion Card. - - - DESCRIPTION & CONDITION: An absolutely lovely French First Communion card dated June 9, 1886. The flower blossoms, chalice, and book are all cut cloth applique, and the greenery appears to be hand painted. Tinted celluloid card. 3.75””x5.75”. Some soil, minor wear, a little surface rubbing.
