Description This item was acquired at an estate sale in Western Illinois. It is appealing, desirable & collectible.

The acronym F.C.L. on the pin bar stands for “Fraternity, Charity & Loyalty” – the three guiding principles of the Grand Army of the Republic.

We present this piece exactly as it was when acquired. No attempts to clean this item have been made. The photos are an accurate portrayal of condition. The ribbon is missing. This is being sold as-is for display or restoration. This will make an excellent addition to any home or collection.
