Considering that this booklet is 140 years old, it is in good shape.

The front cover board has come loose.Otherwise there is just light edge & corner wearand light discoloration to the cloth.
Inside, the pages are remarkably clean,a bit of light foxing on the outer blank pages.
A very interesting piece of Rhode Island history!
