1880’s Tom Brown cabinet card published by Neville of Columbus Ohio. Tom played for the MLB Columbus Buckeyes from 1883-84. He was one of the earlier English born MLB players. Brown played centerfield over a very long career. He holds records for errors made by an outfielder, but his career lasted from 1882 to 1898. 1893 stolen base champ. Tom was player manager in Washington for his last MLB season. Card is a little less than 5 by 7 inch in size. Stains, toning and wear. Feel free to ask questions.
