Olmstead who was to be arrested and held until the first Monday in January 1881 to answer to a \"Finding of the Grand Inquest\" that happened on Oct., 1879. Judge Hugh H. Cummin, president judge at Williamsportwitnessed the document that is signed by Wm. Follmer, clerk of quarter sessions. There are some Latin words on the back signed by John S. Bastian, sheriff who was owed $1.25, presumably for execution of the warrant.This item is in good condition.
