In good vintage condition, from a non-smoking environment.

Minor age yellowing/chipping.

NOTABLY, the map has a long tear from the bottom almost to the top, which has been repaired on the back with clear tape. See the last 2 photos, which show the extent of the tear. This map is priced accordingly.

The map has been stored all these years carefully rolled up. It will be shipped in a mailing tube.
