New Jersey Governor Joel Parker autographed letter dated 1871

This clipped autographed and engraving were glued into a 19th century scrapbook that I purchased about 30 years ago. I am finally getting around to removing many of the item which includes numerous historical autographs, and paper ephemera. I have not authenticated any of these but most have information like a date or in some cases information on the reverse which will give you an idea on age.

This autograph item measures about 3” by 3” on cut paper and the portrait engraving measures about 5 1/2” by 6 1/4”. Yours Joel Parker Freehold Oct 14/71
