This is a great looking and all original and intact , clean condition hand woven jaquard coverlet from the mid 19th century....Center seam coverlet is woven in cotton and wool in 4 colors in red/green/blue/tan....features large ornate floral decoration and is signed and dated....by Michael Umbarger from Middle Paxton Township (Dauphin County Pennsylvania)and dated 1845...has the name of Anny Bowman on bottom who I'm assuming had this coverlet made.... in very nice shape with no major damages or excessive wear. Its finished on 3 of the ends with fringe...large size -measures 97" x 75" (not including fringes) ... looks and displays well and is guaranteed old and authentic ......
