Here\'s an early 1840s Staffordshire china fancy teapot with its original matching lid.....hand painted floral pattern on teapot and lid....ornate applied handle...graceful pour spout....6 3/4\"tall....Excellent shiny near mint condition with no chips or damage. It has a natural crease or \"split\" on a handle joint from when it was made (expansion when fired in kiln)....Sparkling clean with no stain. A great looking authentic early teapot!..
