Nice 6th plate daguerreotype of a woman and her children. I have never taken this out of it\'s case because it\'s very snug.. so I don\'t know if it\'s sealed or not, or if there are IDs or anything behind the image, but the condition appears to be excellent.

Although not identified, but this came with a lot of other dags out of a Florida estate and one of the other daguerreotypes was of a child identified as John Madison Taylor (b.1851, Georgia)... so there\'s a good chance this dag was taken somewhere in that area or the southeast US.Case has matching, separated covers.7589d
