A vellum indenture dated 25th March 1836 between Robert Burgess of Thame Hall in Odd, Rode, Astbury, Cheshire (farmer, eldest son of John) andd James Clare of Dales Green, Wolstanton (collier). Lots of names mentioned. Has one seal and signature with a witness signatures a Received signature on the reverse. Has been folded.
