Hello dear customers, up for sale is a beautiful and delicate antique silver dated 1824 reliquary cross.French Catholic believers pendant. Featuring hand engraved Christianity motifs IHS and MA bleeding hearts and plants. Dated on side 1824 and inscribed on the other side. S.Roncin. It is made of fine silver (tested) no markings but this is norma for its age. Inside reliquary compartment is empty, opening with screw pin on boot and has a hinged front part.Found at an estate sale in Paris not sure for its age or history other than it came from an estate of a world traveler and antiques collector.
