1810 Manifest Signed Baltimore Port Captain Nathaniel Ramsey Revolutionary War:

This appears to be an import document, perhaps manifest, from the district and Port of Baltimore, signed by Nat Ramsey, who was Port Captain at the time. Previously, he served in the Revolutionary War. He represented Maryland in the Congress of the Confederation in New York in 1786 and 1787.

All ephemera shows wear commensurate to age, including, potentially, stains, worn corners, chipping, dings, fraying, scents, stray marks, and other imperfections, etc. You get what you see.

There are tears along folds, including some that have tape. There is some modern pencil by the signature. See photo
