Folded outer wrapper that contained a now-gone letter, addressed to \"Augustine Bousquet, Philadelpia.\"
The Philadelphia postmaster applied a \"6\" rate when it was deposited in the mail-stream in Philadelphia to denote at less than 30 mile rate. There does not appear to have been a ships fee charged. Mr. Bousquet docketed the sheet \"St. Pierre Martinique 28 December 1807 Rm. Js. Zestare R. 3rd March 1808\" after removing the letter.
