On the front page are five Acts signed in script type: Go. Washington, President of the United States. Acts includeAct (10 numbered sections) to provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the laws of the Union, suppress insurrections, and to repel invasions (from any foreign nation or Indian tribe) and to repeal the act now in force for those purposes;Act to provide present relief to officers of government/citizens who have suffered in their property by the insurgents in the western counties of Pennsylvania; more
