17” Locomotive Brass Bell Cast Iron Base Frame & Clapper - vintage train PRR PA:

For sale is a large 17\" Locomotive Bell.It is in solid condition overall. Some rust was forming on mainly the bottom, and some seems to be in the pivots. There are some spots of a brass looking metal under the paint near the pivots. I am not sure if this was previously repaired with brazing, or maybe it was done during manufacturing to cover up casting flaws. I cleaned off most dirt and other spots of rust. It was then all coated in Boeshield T9 for rust protection.This is located and was acquiredin the southwestern PA area. So i would assume it came off some PA based train(s).I pictured two spots where it was marked. The other marks are on top of the bell (didnt have room for more pictures) and look to be 2407 and 2301 (or maybe 2801 as the second digit isn\'t fully punched into the metal).The clapper has a new nut and bolt. It is marked L05014.The whole assembly measures about 24.5\" from floor to top of the nut and 26-27\" wide overall.
Base is about 12\" in diameter.
Bell is 17\" at the bottom, and is 15\" tall overall when removed from frame.The frame and base weighs about 123lbs without the bell.
Bell by itself with no clapper or mounting stud is about 85lbs
Clapper, bolt and mounting stud w/ top nuts are about 11lbs.Total weight is about 220lbsLocal pickup or Freight for the time being while I figure out other possible shipping options.For local pickup, I will be able meet within 2 hours of Pittsburgh PA though.
