This is afactory close-out and does not come with a box or warranty. It isa blem, with 4 X's on blade, denoting some cosmetic blemish found at the factory, but is in excellent mechanical working order. Usually the flaw is too small to notice. This knife is representative of the lot for sale. Ask any questions prior to offerding. Makes a great EDC knife, especially if you already have one in your collection.

Note: No obvious flaws were seen on my inspection. Unknownwhat the factory may have rejectedit for.
