MURRAY, Chief of our Section On His Sixty-first Birthday ~ January 25, 1931\", is the fancy scrolled title on this 20\" x 15\" thick paper document that has 150+ ink pen SIGNATURES from people that worked around him (or knew him) in Washington, D.C. during that time. ~ The document was carefully removed from a broken frame that had a makers label on the kraft-paper back: COHEN\'S INC. PICTURE STORES OF WASHINGTON, D.C.

My photos show the exact item that you are getting, and are a major part of my description. ~ There were several Harry Murrays in the D.C. about that time, but this MAY HAVE BEEN a U.S. Army Colonel, that had worked for Military Intelligence (now NSA). ~ Within these many autographs MAY BE some Famous OR Infamous people of notoriety. An American History Buff may find some worthwhile names
