*2-Pack* Emergency Trauma Bandage 4\" Hemorrhage Control Dressings (Reclaimed / Blem) - Exp. 2019-2020These ETB\'s are military surplus trauma/med devices previously in circulation and reclaimed from IFAK\'s. Items are in their original packaging with both exterior & interior vacuum seal wrapping un-opened / sealed. The exterior packaging on these specific examples, categorized as \"reclaimed\" have lost their exterior vacuum seal, but the interior (clear) packaging is still tightly vacuum sealed. The exterior packaging on some examples may also have minor blemishes such as dirt, scuffs, small bubbles in the plastic, slight fading from sun exposure and/or small tears in the manufacturer stickers. PLEASE NOTE: The loss of the exterior packaging vacuum seal and any exterior blemishes does not affect or compromise the bandages as they are still vacuum sealed / wrapped in the original clear packaging. Can be utilized to resupply IFAK\'s or they can be designated as training devices for trauma classes. Each unit is visually inspected prior to listing. See photos for additional details and examples
