This is a beautiful presentation sword in very good condition.chrome is very nice, and the knot is almost perfect.Please notice the chip in the hand guard shown in the pictures.It does tattle in the scabbard and has basically nothing holding it in. It will fall out if held upside down.I have no idea if this is normal.Please see pictures for a better description.
I do not know the year of manufacture however here is little bit about the Cincinnati Regalia Company.

Their paper label inside a wooden chest read: "The Cincinnati Regalia Co.
