Up for sale is a vintage Macon/Rutland (Georgia) “ Lions Club international” vest with 44 pens. The vest is a men’s size extra large. It was made in the USA. Most of the pens are dated from the 1990s, but the vest seems older than that. Appears to be in very good condition. Very nice collection. Ultra rare.
