THE PICTURES ARE PART OF THE DESCRIPTION SO LOOK CAREFULLYHere is a nice old axe head marked J P Kelly , Vulcan, Charleston W Virginia in good as found condition. The head is 6 5/8\" across with a cutting edge 5 3/8\" wide and weighs in at about 3 pounds 12.3 ounces. The poll is beat up a bit as shown and the upper eye is peened in a bit. Has a distinct line where hard and soft steel meet.
Should tune up to be a good user and provide years of good service.
