The document was purchased from a home archive, there is a date on the pasted photo on the reverse side, and another number is also indicated, what it means I do not know. I personally have not seen similar analogues of documents. According to the relatives of the former owner, a similar document was issued mainly to former prisoners of concentration camps to move to Israel (however, I don’t know how much this really is, I didn’t find such information)
