Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage rusty staples foxing around the edges the cover is detached from one staple barely attached to the other(may come detached in the mail) also the spine is split from the bottom staple down and other defects. I would call it around a 1.8 gd- out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
