Thankfully this delicate model arrived fine even though packaging and packing materials were lacking. I posted photos so you can see for yourself. Box was definitely a re-used box, inside the horse was wrapped in one piece of bubble wrap with 2 sections of newspaper just laid in flat on top of model. There was nothing to cushion the bottom or sides of the item. No extra cushioning on the ears, head or tail of the model. Box was not a deep box. I'm just so glad to get this item as described.
