Item arrived broken. Inferior packaging to blame; gift wrap and messy, dusty (allergy triggering cigarette-infused) shredded newspaper not suitable to maintain structural integrity of ceramic item during shipping. Return was approved but this was a disappointing transaction-- very little communication from seller and ultimately had to ask eBay to step in for assistance. Had to acquire suitable shipping materials on my dime and time to repack and return. Bummer.
