The coffee urn arrived. The urn is made of very light stainless steel, I admire it's simple design. I put water in it and ran a test run. it steamed a lot out of the lid. When I examined the unit I found a dent in the side. After draining the hot water I found the stem holding the basket was bent (caused the steam) . I was able to pop the dent out and straightened the stem. We ordered it for my step daughter's wedding. Have 3 photos. We will keep the urn, it clearly was damaged in shipment.

The overall rating is positive. Unfortunately, the carrier mishandled the package and basically dropped the box off at our basement door and quickly dove off the property. The seller worked with me to make the transaction right with the damaged item. Great communication and great item! The slicer works great! Just don’t use FexEx at least where we live.
