Great sheath, great price!
Outstanding! I was a bit hesitant to buy this sheath based on the low price and the fact that I wanted leather. But I am very impressed by the quality of the sheath once I got it. The material is thick and the stitching is very tight. It fits my Imacasa Latin machete perfectly and I imagine it would fit most 16-18" Latins just fine. I'm actually liking the nylon better than leather because it dries out faster and is easier to clean, From using it so far, I think it should last for many years. If you are looking for a durable, low cost machete sheath, then you should be pretty happy with this one.Outstanding! The best scabbard I have ever owned
When I ordered my first Marbles scabbard it was to replace a shoddy one that came with a very nice blade. When it arrived I was impressed. The nylon scabbard is built for some tough use. The manufacturer really put some thought in exactly what you need in a scabbard beyond just holding a blade. The scabbard has two straps that you can be opened to accommodate a blade with saw tooth blade on the back of the blade and it also has two pockets one already has a honing stone included. The other pocket is empty. I used it to store my fire starter and a box of matches. better than expected
I was undecided between two I was looking at and decided this one would do the job ( it was a bit less expensive) . The MR394s Is more rigid and substantial than I expected and I believe this one could not be better for the job, It also comes with a small sharping stone which is really no big deal but it is a plus.
