Took six days from order date to delivery, and I live in an adjacent state. When I questioned seller about it, all I got were excuses such as 'I was within eBay's guidelines, etc.' I am a retired Corporate Customer Service Manager and the very last thing a customer wants to hear are excuses. A simple 'My apologies for not getting this order out sooner' would have resulted in an exemplary rating. Perhaps the seller will take this as a helpful hint for future customer reviews.
