I picked this seller because of the FedEx 2 day shipping. I reached out to this seller on December 18th and December 19th but received no response.

Seller does need to improve in communicating status and shipping items within time frame specified. Overall, happy only because cup arrived perfectly. Thank you!

Item received is packaged well; seller receives an A for that. However, false advertising in regards to shipping. Says that he will be using Fedex 2 day shipping, but he used USPS instead. Ordered on Dec 23rd and didn't receive it until the 30th. Yes, I can understand Christmas and the holidays, but you cannot lie about that fact that you used the wrong shipping since it's cheaper. I ordered from you purposefully because you stated that you will be using Fedex.
