Item came in with 2 pieces loose in the box. I contacted the seller once we realized the mounting piece was broken on the ice maker and they gave a less than $9 discount on it, which didn't even cover the shipping cost I paid. I will have to buy a replacement ice maker for at least $65 so it mounts in my fridge. Terrible seller... Buy at your own risk...

Two months after the item was received the buyer advised it was broken and they installed it. I advised they could return the item they refused to return it. I ask if they would like a partial refund and then no response. Two weeks passed and then made up false negative review.
