The napkins were in perfect condition and were exactly as described. They were folded inside the original manufacturer's plastic bag, but the seller also wrapped that package with cushioned foam wrap before placing in the shipping bag. I appreciated this extra step the seller did to ensure the napkins were protected during shipment. The seller was responsive and quick to respond to email questions. I am so excited to use these beautiful napkins!! Thank you!!
