The hat was as described but the seller has horrible communication skills. From the time I became interested in this hat till the time I received it after multiple messages to the seller not once did the seller ever respond to any of my questions or messages. I asked seller to put hat in box to make sure it did not get crushed and instead they packaged it in gift wrapping paper and slapped a label on it. Luckily it was not damaged. Horrible person to deal with.

I purchased her between Christmas and New Years, so considering the purchase date, the seller mailed her out quickly! The description did mention shelf wear, so there were some dents I hadn’t initially noticed and was bummed about. The doll itself is beautiful! I spent some time cleaning her box up and re-taping some things. Overall great experience!
