Item was in perfect condition , I had on half that I had when u retired from the army that was new ! I bought this one here becuase it was reasonably priced ! Only showed wear from long term storage. So it match mine half perfectly , it was shipped and received in a short time considering problems the usps is having without enough employment labor to process the amount of packages they are having to process !
