Unfortunately the item (Sega card) was not protected with any rigid holder. Folded up in a piece of paper and was very damaged upon arrival. International post is tough on envelopes. Manifested bent corners and a huge crease across the entire card. These are very hard to find and there was no replacement available. Otherwise the transaction was fine and good communication.
