Evidentially the seller did not ship these and provided a false DHL tracking. We waited weeks for them to arrive and then ebay provided a refund. The seller was poor at communicating and then completely stopped responding. Others seem to sell the same lamps on ebay so it's probably best to stay away from this seller.
